## Before you look further
Most “I can’t find it” problems have one of three causes. Check these first:

| **Cause** | **What to check** | **Who can fix it** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| The feature is switched off | Platform Settings > Features | Admins |
| You don’t have permission | Your role, or your staff permissions | Admins |
| You’re in the wrong view | Admin view or learner view | You |
